Pike View Care continue to work extensively with us to ensure that he attends and engages, he has attempted his mock exams and the home engaged with parents evening. I think that the staff at Pike View Care are fantastic and both SENCO and designated looked-after child teacher I can confidently state that they are one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. "The young person whom I work with has settled in well at Pike View Care. And has made positive relationships with staff, especially her key worker. She has made a lot of progress in a short time. In a previous placement, she had repeated missing-from-home episodes and wasn’t engaging in education. Now she has no missing from home episodes and is back in full-time education. Staff attend all meetings and they advocate for her wishes and feelings. Communication with the home is excellent, they always answer emails and phone calls and share information. I am always made to feel welcome in the home and have visited a few times since my young person was placed. She feels that Pike View Care is a lovely home and she loves her bedroom which she has made her own. I am satisfied that she is much safer in this home than in her previous. She feels she is safe in the home and this placement is much more positive for her. There is nothing the home could be doing better or differently, they are great"

"Pike View are a wonderful care provider for my young person who has made excellent progress at his placement since he has been residing there. He is engaging in education, which he thoroughly enjoys and has decided that he would like to progress onto collage in September to study health and social care, with the aim to become a residential support worker so that he can help children who are in care. He has built up good relationships with staff but also enjoys his time in the community with friends and he is good at adhering to boundaries, staff report very few issues"
