Welcome to Pike view care

In Pursuit of Better Health Solution.

WHAT

The main services that we provide is family support in the community & therapeutic residential placements at the children’s homes  for young people with emotional & behavioral difficulties.

OUR

Our mission is to provide residential care for children and young people with emotional behaviour difficulties. We will provide personalised care and support to enhance and enrich the quality of young people’s lives.

WHAT

Quality of care

We aim to provide excellent services. By listening to our staff and the young people we care for, we use this feedback to continually improve the service, ensuring the quality of support provided exceeds expectations.

Competent and motivated workforce

We believe young people deserve to receive the best support provided by a skilled team who share our values. In turn, we value our staff and invest in their learning and development to ensure they receive consistent team training such as child protection and safeguarding young people.

Personalised

Everyone is different and we consider individual choice. This means we work with the young people to create personalised support 24 hours a day.

Equality and inclusion

We have connections with Bolton at Home community projects such as Daisy Dell where children meet to have community parties of different cultures, and we celebrate and promote diversity at every level within the organisation. We ensure that we make a real contribution to the community and encourage new hobbies and friendships.

Value for money

We aim to ensure we remain financially sustainable and can continue to invest in new and innovative services for our future.
