At PikeViewCare we truly believe that working with children is a skilled profession, and requires the highest levels of training and professional development. Our years of experience have taught us that training is not all classroom based, and so we have a combination of face to face training, online courses, on-the-job training, and continuous supervision and development.

The MDP is our own in-house programme, delivered by a combination of external trainers and internal senior individuals who share their knowledge and expertise. It is intended to build future managers, providing the tools and knowledge to support ambitious deputies/seniors to make the step into being a registered manager. Our ambition is to fill at least 75% of all manager vacancies with internal candidates, developed and supported via the MDP programme.
